Shipping is free on all orders within the United Kingdom.

How long does shipping take?

Items that are labelled "In Stock" will ship from our warehouse within 1-2 days. All shipping windows may be extended by 2-3 business days during promotions and holidays. Once shipped, it typically takes between 1-2 business days to reach your home. 

If an item has an extended shipping time, the estimated ship date will be listed on the product page (above the Add to Cart button), as well as inside your shopping cart.

Which carrier is used for shipping?

We use DPD for all deliveries to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently.

How do I change my shipping address?

If your order has not been shipped, please email us at hello@tumbleliving.co.uk with your order number and the updated shipping address.

Why do you fold the rugs before shipping? Doesn't that damage the rug?

We fold our rugs to minimise the transportation cost from our facility to your home. Rolled rugs are bulkier, more difficult to handle, and more expensive to ship. Shipping in a box not only saves you money, but also offers the best customer experience: you can easily move them, unpack them, and even repack them should you ever need to move.

Folding the rugs will not damage them although it may temporarily crease them. The creases will relax within a few days of unfolding.
