You can return or exchange your product for any reason within 30 days. There are absolutely no restocking fees. We cover 100% of the costs to return your Rug Set.
Free Shipping and Free Returns applies to all rug orders within the United Kingdom.
In order to be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in new condition. All returned items must have no visible damage, stains, or pet hair. Please note that you may only exchange once. We do not accept an exchange of an exchange.
Step 1: Visit Our Return & Exchange Centre
To initiate a return/exchange, please visit our Return & Exchange Centre. Make sure to have your order number and email address ready.
Step 2: Fill Out the Form
When filling out the form, you can indicate whether you would like to initiate a return or an exchange. Upon completing the form, we will review your request and email you a prepaid shipping label to return your item(s) upon approval.
Step 3: Pack & Ship
From your email, you can print your prepaid shipping label. Pack your item(s) and attach the shipping label.
